Mission Statement

Our mission is to develop and maintain an interconnected, year round, non-motorized land and water trail network in the central Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Description

Our trails are used on a visitor or member basis and can be used for silent sports activities such as horseback riding, mountain biking, trail running, hiking, snowshoeing, skijoring, nordic skiing, and snowbiking. It is our goal to continue to not only grow our trail system but help preserve green spaces in the Upper Peninsula. Our trails feature nationally recognized races such as the Ore to Shore Mountain Bike Epic, The Noquemanon Ski Marathon, and the Marquette Marathon.
