The Jaycees is an organization of young people between the ages of 21 and 40, promoting personal and professional development as well as community service opportunities. Our basic premise is to inspire and develop future leaders who can serve as a catalyst for change in their community.

Being a young professional you may be seeking ways to build your leadership qualities and make a positive difference in your community. You will build a network of professional contacts and meet other motivated young people in the Antelope Valley, and throughout the country. The Jaycees Alumni group includes notable leaders such as Former Presidents Kennedy, Ford, Reagan, and Clinton. Most important the Jaycees will help you make a direct impact in your community through a variety of service opportunities
