Description

Siddha Samadhi Yoga- SSY is a Self Management Program based on Ancient Vedic Science. This is a training that empowers an individual to overcome physical, mental, emotional and soacial limitations. It sets one free of all the boundries and leads in the life of peace and bliss.The 3 week end comprehensive program includes training in yogic food diet therapy, breathing tecniques, training in Thought Management and Samadhi Meditation.
