Mission Statement

Nonlethal Options For Animal's primary objective is the protection of animals and the preservation of their natural habitats. NOA believes that by using sterilization and/or contraception, animal populations can be humanely controlled without killing the animals. In addition, the quality of the animlas' lives will improve. NOA provides educational research and direct service programs promoting humane solutions to humane-wildlife conflict situations.
