PEI Kids is dedicated to promoting and maintaining a safe environment for all children. PEI Kids works with the child, family and caregiver to provide prevention, education and intervention programs relating to personal safety, sexual abuse and the over all well-being of the child.

Description

PEI Kids is a Lawrenceville-based non-profit organization that offers an array of services to children throughout Mercer County. PEI Kids' programs and services include workshops for children and educators on preventing bullying and abuse; Crisis Intervention for Child Victims of Sexual Abuse, helping children and their families to heal and recover; a Juvenile Offender Outreach Program that helps adolescents turn away from crime and toward a brighter future ; ACT (Adults & Children Together) --Against Violence, a violence prevention project that focuses on adults who raise, care for and teach young children; Supervised Family Visitation; and Transportation Plus for families in the foster care system. In the 22 years since PEI Kids began, the organization has served over 100,000 children, parents, educators and caregivers in Mercer County.
