The mission of Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. (FCHC) is to provide accessible, cost-effective, high-quality, comprehensive primary and preventive health care to all persons regardless of their socio-economic circumstances.

Description

FCHC is a private, nonprofit, tax-exempt 501c3, consumer directed, health care delivery corporation, designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), and is accredited by the Joint Commission for Accreditation on Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
