Mission Statement

Skinker DeBaliviere is a vibrant urban neighborhood in the City of St. Louis. The Skinker DeBaliviere Community Council (SDCC) aims to be the connector, coordinator and facilitator of all aspects necessary to maintain and enhance our diverse, desirable and thriving community.

Description

Despite our small budget and staff, SDCC is able to make a huge impact on the neighborhood thanks to the large base of volunteers who give generously of their time and energy to help improve the neighborhood.

We have volunteer openings in many different areas and with varying levels of commitment. Whether you want to volunteer once a year, once a month, or more, please contact us and we would be happy to talk to you about your interests and see whether we would be a good fit for your interests and availability!
