Description

Homestead Affordable Housing, Inc.

  • Develops affordable senior communities in partnership with those communities
  • Provides senior housing emergency and essential repairs; i.e. wheelcair ramps, handicapped baths, etc.
  • Building Home engages groups of eligible families in the building of their own homes; completing 65% of the labor and financing with a USDA RD 33 year 1% interest loan
  • Engages youth groups and senior volunteers in meeting housing needs
