Description

County Department of Aging Services agency with a Health & Wellness focus for Active residents aged 50+. Services designed to emcompass the seven dimensions of wellness: spiritual, emotional, physical, mental, nutritional, financial, & social.

Participants enjoy a variety of activities to include, but not limited to: arts/crafts, music, dance, strength training, fitness, gardening, computer technology etc. at multiple locations throughout the County. Nutrional meals are also available.
