Arlington-based Communities In Schools is the nation’s leading dropout prevention organization dedicated to surrounding students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. We serve 1.35 million students in nearly 3,000 schools. By bringing resources, services, parents and volunteers into schools, we create a community of caring adults who work hand-in-hand with educators to make sure young people have the tools they need to succeed.
