Mission Statement

The mission of St. Joseph Pro-Cathedral School is to serve a multi-cultural community of students K-8 in the City of Camden, New Jersey. By our commitment to the individual, we are dedicated to the intellectual and spiritual growth of each child through the development of morals and values, such as integrity, honesty, service and personal and social responsibilities.

Description

We are a K-8 school in the city of Camden. An average of 80% of our students are eligible for the federal lunch program. Our diverse student population includes Hispanics, African-Americans, and Vietnamese backgrounds.

We offer a Before School Program, a Breakfast and Lunch Program and an Afterschool Program. Students may begin arriving at 7:00 am and stay until 5:30 pm.

We offer a strong academic and religious curriculum, highlighting character development and social responsibility. Our discipline model stresses personal development and responsibility, helping children to make good personal choices.

Our faculty and staff are dedicated and committed. All teachers are certified in the state of NJ.
