ABOUT US:
The Relationship Foundation, (TRF) has been teaching our Healthy Relationships program for over six years in New York City High Schools and beyond.
One of the most effective things we do is support students and teachers to articulate their needs and feelings without blaming others. Given how disconnected our society is today, learning this work can make all the difference both in and out of school. The communication skill set we teach is based on Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication.
We are on the verge of a huge leap in our influence and recognition. We have a deal in the works with Scholastic; we're submitting grant proposals, and our entire social media and fundraising departments are ready to be launched.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The office atmosphere is, without question, casual and informal as we work out of a large, loft- like, clean and comfortable space.
