Our Mission is to improve the clinical health and overall health of our community by providing primary health care access, connecting resources and promoting health education to uninsured individuals who are unable to afford health care.

C.A.R.E. Clinic is a FREE clinic serving uninsured residents of Goodhue County, Minnesota whose annual incomes are at or below 275% of poverty level.

Hours & Guidelines

  • Open every Tuesday evening
  • Registration begins at 4:00 and closes at 6:30 PM
  • C.A.R.E. Clinic operates on a first come, first served basis.
  • C.A.R.E Clinic collects basic insurance, income and health history information.

Eligibility To be eligible for services at the C.A.R.E. Clinic you must:

  • have annual income at or below 275% of the poverty level
  • be uninsured
  • live in Goodhue County
