Under the guidance of christian principles, the Joplin Family Y seeks to serve the community by providing an environment and activities that enable all people to achieve their full potential through the development of spirit, mind and body.

Description

The Joplin Family Y offers a youth sports program that allows all children the opportunity to be involved in sports. There are no try-outs, no cuts. Every child makes the team. Our emphasis is on the "FUN"-damentals of the game. We also offer scholarships to those who qualify, which allow for children who otherwise could not play due to financial circumstances to be on a team.
