To serve our donors, hospitals and the community to the utmost of our ability and to protect the blood supply for the community. The Blood Center Board of Directors and Staff support and promote a quality program consistent with the standards of its accrediting agencies. In this endeavor, Northwest Florida Blood Center's management and employees pledge to:

1. Treat donors in a gentle, caring and professional manner worthy of the life saving contribution they make voluntarily to the community.
