Mission Statement

Trinity Hospice of Colorado, LLC, promises to provide the highest quality physical, social, psychological, and spiritual care to the patient and their family prior to and during the end-of-life and to the family during their bereavement. We use a palliative approach to offer compassionate, comprehensive care focused on easing the physical, emotional, and spiritual pain that often accompanies a terminal illness. We employ competent, dedicated team members, who care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
