Mission Statement

ESCLV Mission: To assist nonprofit institutions in the Lehigh Valley become more successful through the use of the Executive Service Corps of the Lehigh Valley (ESCLV) volunteer management consultants.

Description

· The ESCLV : The Executive Service Corps of the Lehigh Valley was established in 1995. It is modeled after the National Executive Service Corp (NESC) in New York founded in 1977. Today, the ESCLV is one of 34 affiliates nationwide, but functions as a completely autonomous and independent organization with its own board of directors and staff. ESCLV currently offers experienced and professional consulting in the areas of strategic planning, board governance/development, financial management/fund raising, and market planning. ESCLV provides two (2) consultants to each project. Although ESCLV does charge a fee, dependent upon an organization's annual operating budget, it is minimal in comparison to the fees charged by commercial consultants and it is balanced by the high level of expertise represented by our consultants.
