The overall mission is to protect indigent citizens from the worst impacts of poverty, and to foster customer self-sufficiency.

Description

Our professional function is to provide fiscal and social support for those citizens who need them, primarily those least able to otherwise obtain them. Our goal is the clients' achievement of their optimum self-sufficiency and/or well being. Our services are intended to be temporary and to provide means for individuals and families to achieve their fullest potentials.
