Mission Statement

C.A.R.E.'s mission is to eliminate the endless cycle of pet overpopulation and neglect that exists in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area by creating an increased level of community awareness. We are committed to maintaining high standards of care for companion animals in need. We support that commitment through animal rescue, adoption, spay/neuter programs and community outreach education.

Description

C.A.R.E. headquarters are located at our 155 acre facility near Jefferson County, Missouri where we provide rescue services, no-kill shelter facilities, medical care, socialization and adoption opportunities for dogs, cats and horses. C.A.R.E. also provides medical assistance and spay/neuter programs for pet owners in financial need and community outreach education to schools, organizations and groups.
