Our mission is to be a viable business enterprise as a means to provide meaningful and appropriate vocational services and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities or disadvantages.
The L.E. Phillips Career Development Center serves individuals with disabilites and/or disadvantages by providing career development and employment opportunities. We serve as a bridge between individuals and potential employers and provide the support that individuals need to succeed. We have recently partnered with two other local organizations to open the Chippewa County Outreach Services office which provides individuals needing assistance with a place to meet staff for housing counseling and emergency shelter assistance. The goal of this office is to offer the community greater access to a variety of additional services such as housing and homelessness prevention services, vocational skills training, and job placement and to fill the needs of Chippewa County in an effective and accessible way.
