Mission Statement

The mission of the Capital Health System Foundation is to develop and cultivate philanthropic relationships and support within our community in order to foster programs and services that will improve the quality of life and personal dignity of our patients and community residents.

We are committed to being ethical and effective stewards of the charitable dollars entrusted to us by our donors. And, we are committed to being a bridge between the community and the System, working to identify, prioritize, and address real healthcare needs.

Description

The Foundation is the official fundraising vehicle that exists to support the mission of the Capital Health System. The Foundation generates funds for equipment and programs for patient care, education, and enhancements to physical facilities.
