The mission of the Hawaii Bicycling League is to promote cycling for health, recreation and transportation through advocacy, education and events.

The Hawaii Bicycling League (HBL) is the largest cycling organization in Hawaii, with over 1000 member households. A Board of Directors, Executive Director, Director of BikeEd & Events and six part to fulltime BikeEd Hawaii instructors, governs HBL.
HBL was established as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation in December 1975. HBL's mission is to support a safe and desirable bicycling environment in Hawaii promoting bicycling as a recreational activity, competitive sport, and means of transportation. We pursue our mission through public education, policy advocacy, and special events.
