CHARTERED PARTNERS

We have over 110 sponsoring organizations who have joined us in partnership to provide Scouting programs to the youth of our communities. These sponsors include religious institutions; PTAs; civic, service, and fraternal organizations; businesses & industry; and community groups. COUNCIL BUDGET AND FINANCES

The Council's operating budget for 2005 is just over $1 million. It is prepared by the Council's professional staff, reviewed by the Executive Board's Finance Committee, and approved by the full Executive Board. volunteers Council Scout Executive. The Council's financial position is audited annually and reviewed during the year by the Finance Committee and the Executive Board.

All Scouters, Parents, and supporters of Scouting are encouraged to participate as a Friend of Scouting each year. As Scouting continues to grow, the need for funds to support the Council's program initiatives is also increasing.
