Description

Save San Francisco Bay Association (Save The Bay) is a member-supported, non-profit environmental organization dedicated to restoring and protecting San Francisco Bay. We work for the improvement of water quality, adequate fresh water inflow, and protection of the Bay's plant, wildlife, fish and human populations and their habitats. Our efforts are focused upon public education, collaboration with other organizations, coalition-building, litigation, the monitoring of regulatory agencies, and input into the legislative process. A quarterly newsletter, as well as conferences, a letter of the month club, clean-up campaigns and special events ensure the active involvement of our more than 10,000 members.
