Since 2004, America On Track has been successfully implementing a unique and comprehensive Brighter Futures for Children of Prisoners program (one of many programs).
The program provides multi-faceted components that encompass the following: STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math) workshops, a "College Is For Me Too!" summer education camp, adult mentoring & training, nutrition education sessions, free age-appropriate books, special events and wrap-around services for the family.
This holistic approach helps children of prisoners set goals for the future to reduce potential involvement in the juvenile justice system and live rewarding lives.
