Mission Statement

Glory Village Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization. Our vision is to house, empower and transform the lives of women who are in transition. Our goal is to reach women who are either homeless, ex-offender, transient teenage mothers or transient teenagers. Ultimately, taking a city and transforming it into a village.

Description

Dear Concerned Citizen,

Glory Village's ultimate goal is to impact the lives of women who are in transition. Glory Village will provide a solid foundation on which participating women can plan, build and secure a promising future for themselves and their families. This foundation consist of meshing together the stones of education, social interaction, counseling, spirtual well-being, and economic development- also know as "The 5 Goals of Glory Village". It is our plan to touch the lives of each woman through the positive attributes of impact and influence. It is our charge to empower them until they can really believe that "All things are POSSIBLE!" We believe, along with your help, We can transform a city by bringing about the transformation of those individuals who have nothing more to lose and the most to gain from "Change".
