Mission Statement

The mission of the Global Campaign for Education-US (GCE-US) is to promote education as a basic human right and mobilize to create political and public will in the United States and internationally to ensure universal quality education, which is at the core of all human development.

Description

GCE-US seeks fulfill its mission through four objectives:

Build a coalition and lead the global education community and supporters to ensure that the U.S. becomes a leader in the effort to achieve universal quality education.

Educate and support policymakers and encourage them to actively pursue policies that scale up quality education to reach all children, including the most marginalized children and youth.

Generate media that raises awareness about global education.

Build, sustain, and increase public support for universal quality education.
