At Planned Parenthood, we help women and men prevent unintended pregnancies. To achieve this goal, we provide access to a broad range of contraceptive technologies. We also offer emergency hormonal contraception for women concerned about a pregnancy resulting from unprotected intercourse. Our services include gynecological exams, such as the pap test; pregnancy tests, counseling, and referrals; screenings for breast cancer, cervical cancer, anemia, high/low blood pressure, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs); treatment for urinary tract infections, STIs, and vaginal infections; HIV counseling; and sexuality education programs. Men are offered testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections. Our clinic works hard to provide the best in reproductive health. PPKY works diligently to provide family planning and reproductive health care services to low income persons through the Title X program. Our organization wants to ensure that all persons have access to reproductive health care regardless of ability to pay. We work to motivate young women and men to stay in school, graduate and seek a larger world for themselves and their future children.
