Girls in Action™ provides structured small group and individual mentoring combined with an interactive - research based curriculum that engages and empowers girls in grades 6 -- 12. This weekly program offers multiple ways to enhance the educational experience of girls through mentoring on personal power, leadership, service-learning and career development. Girls also engage in career coaching, corporate visits, college tours, cultural exposure to the arts, opportunities to interact across cultures, and academic motivation. Our aim to provide every girl with a positive outlook for her future with the intention of increasing academic engagement, potential for graduating from high school on time and attending college.
