StoveTeam International facilitates the placement of safe, affordable, fuel-efficient cookstoves in collaboration with local communities to support families and protect the environment.
StoveTeam International hosts 3 to 4 volunteer trips to Latin America each year to help build and distribute improved cookstoves for families in need. To date we have hosted over 500 volunteers on a total of over 30 trips! All volunteer opportunities are listed on our website at www.stoveteam.org/volunteer

Our dream for the future is the complete eradication of open cooking fires throughout the world: Communities and families thrive because they have been given back their health and their time. In our vision, cooking ceases to be a major contributor to climate change and deforestation, and there is universal global knowledge that daily cooking over open fires is hazardous to health and the environment.
