Mission Statement

The Cabin is a literary arts nonprofit located in downtown Boise at 801 S Capitol Blvd. Our mission is to inspire a love of reading, writing and discourse in Idaho and throughout the region. The Cabin strives to celebrate and inspire a love of words throughout the communities we serve.

Description

The Cabin offers year-round programs for readers and writers, including youth and adult education, teaching residencies that help support professional writers, a Readings & Conversations lecture series that brings the world to Boise one author at a time, and publication opportunities for writers of all ages.
