Rochester Childfirst Network is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to advancing the quality of early education and care in Western New York, through leadership, advocacy, and innovative direct services to children.

RCN advocates at local, state, and national levels for quality Early Education and Care practices for ALL children.
Description
Rochester Childfirst Network, formerly Rochester Children's Nursery, provides a network of services to young children through child care, special education, related services, before and after school and Universal PreK in Rochester and the surrounding areas.
We also provide support and professional development to family child care providers, professionals who deliver child care services from their homes, in Rochester, the surrounding areas, and in the Southerntier.
We are in our 158th school year!
We also have a program that provides high-quality professional development and support to new refugees in the area, in partnership with Rochester Rehabilitation. Refugees are provided support small business, child development, and Health and Safety (required by NYS) in order to become in-home family child care providers.
