Community Hospice of Texas exisits to provide compassionate care for terninally ill persons by caring for the spiritual, physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of the patient and the family, prior to and following death. Care is provided to all persons in a variety of settings regardless of ability to pay utilizing effective stewardship through collaboration of community services and the concentration of resources.
