Aztlan Community Industries a program of Ada S. Mckinley Community Services, a large well established social service agency which has provided many different programs and services for over 80 years in the Chicago area. Aztlan is a vocational rehabilitation program located on the south side of Chicago serving 160 Developmentally Disabled adults on a daily basis. They recieve training in job readiness skills, and activities of daily living.

Along with the basic programs listed above, our program participants receive many opportunities to enrich their lives in the community. These opportunites include, but are not limited to, travel, gardening, a wonderful photography program, and a variety of in-house activities including computer training. The people who attend Aztlan live in the community, and are challenged on various levels. Aztlan has a highly competent staff who are dedicated to the people we serve and continuously seek better ways to serve them.
