Heartland Alliance advances the human rights and responds to the human needs of endangered populations--particularly the poor, the isolated, and the displaced--through the provision of comprehensive and respectful services and the promotion of permanent solutions leading to a more just global society.

Description

Our diverse programs and services set the standard for inclusive, multi-disciplinary treatment. We provide a full range of primary, mental health, dental, oral, and substance use treatment and care. Heartland Alliance health care professionals consider every aspect of a participant's life - family, work, housing, and lifestyle- in providing services. Our health care services include:

  • Primary care: Routine physicals, diagnostic testing, treatment of chronic illness, pre-natal care, nutrition counseling, and family planning.
  • Mental health and substance use treatment: Outpatient and community support services and a continuum of residential and housing program options.
  • Dental health: Preventive and restorative care, oral surgery, periodontics, and endodontics.
