Mission Statement

Southern Crescent Habitat is a non-profit housing ministry dedication to eliminating poverty-level housing in Clayton, Henry and Fayette counties through the fiinancial and homeownership education of committed partner families and construction of simple, decent houses.

Description

We build houses for working, low-income families in partnership with local and national businesses, local churches and community organizations who provide volunteer labor and donor assistance. Our homeowner partners work alongside volunteers to build their own homes and those of other partners in addition to committing to a rigorous homeownership education cirriculum that ensures their success as a homeowner.
