Description

Our Phoenix Rises.Org is an organization being developed to provide financial assitance to low-income individuals struggling with mental illness, addiction, or sexual violence so that they may be provided funds for art education in most any form. Tuition or enrollment funds up to $3,000 will be provided if application is approved. Funds in some cases may be used for art making supplies and help with defraying transportation expenses.

A major component of the organization is the website. Ultimately art created by clients will be hosted for a period of time on the organization website. The website also provides links to resources in art, mental illness, addiction, and sexual violence.

Eventually, a blog, meant to foster public awareness of the benefit of art in the lives of those we strive to serve will be undertaken.

The website also hosts social media in its Solcial Media Hub that pertains to art, mental illness, addiction, and sexual violence.
