The Vision of the Wilbert E. Burgie Cadet Corps is to effectively engage in the national debate pertaining to our youth by providing a compelling, positive alternative in every community to the proliferation of "Gang Culture"/ "Juvenile Delinquency" that is proliferating in this country from coast to coast. We will mobilize national, state, and local resources and establish partnerships with agencies, organizations, and leaders nationwide to lay hold of the talents and gifts within our emerging future leaders and empower them to attain their best and escape the corruption that is so vehemently endeavoring to destroy their future.
