Description

Emanuel Village is a residential property funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It is dedicated to providing housing and services to very low/extremely low income elders and/or individuals with disabilities requiring the accessible features of barrier free unit. The facility is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the Quinsigamond Village section of Worcester , adjacent to Emanuel Lutheran Church and the headquarters of the New England Synod, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
