Mission Statement

C.H.E.F.S. stands for "Conquering Homelessness through Employment in Food Service."

Description

C.H.E.F.S. is a six month culinary jobtraining program for homeless adults. Our mission is to help move people out of homelessness by providing them witth culinary training, job and life skills, and case managment. By the end of the program, our graduates have a greater sense of self worht, are well prepared for careers in professional institutional kitchens, and many achieve permanent housing, employment, and self sufficiency.
