Providing job search, career building services and business mentorship. AWED aims to cultivate the confidence and skills needed to professionalize, and formalize business activities within immigrant communities through business training and services.

AWED aims to remove obstacles and provide business opportunities and economic development participation for women - promoting gender equality.

AWED also seeks to create partnerships with Minnesota companies who value diversity and are looking to attract top talent; we help them find and integrate this hidden workforce.
