Care Links goal is to help seniors 50 years and older to remain in their homes and community as long as possilbe. Neighbors help neighbors to "age in place."

Description

Care Links, a Robert Wood Johnson Faith in Action Program, has served the community since 1996. In 2006 the prgram was congratulated by the Robert Wood Johson Foundation on their tenth anniversary as a Faith In Action Program. THis is a great accomplisment because out of over 800 original grants awarded, Care Links was one of approximately fifty to succeed. In 2006 volunteers served 5,399 hours and drove 28,505 miles for community members in need.
