Provide direct support to clients Assist clients in performing daily living functions such as personal hygiene, dining skills, household chores and community integration, etc. Ø Provide assistance in mobility as needed for those using wheelchairs Ø Assist with meal service Ø Ensures that individual has choice of community activities and provides safe transportation Ø Ensures all individuals retain cash receipt for all purchases; completes all appropriate financial documentation Ø Ensures / assists in follow-through re: special diet, therapies, treatments and medications as prescribed Ø Perform related duties as required or assigned to fulfill the philosophy, goals and objective of the program Ø Promote independence, choice and empowerment of clients Ø Provides quality care to each individual according to his/her needs Ø Follow all policies and procedures as set fourth by Bright Beginnings Inc. ______________________________________________________________________
