Mission Statement

Prevent Child Abuse Coweta is a local organization committed to educating and equipping everyone in our community with the information and tools to prevent child abuse.

Description

PCACoweta meets the first Thursday of each month, September through April, with the exception of December, at 11:00 AM at The Rutledge Center, 61 Hospital Road, in Newnan.


Anyone who has a heart for children and wants to learn more about PCACoweta and our mission to elliminate child abuse in our community is welcome to attend. We will discuss:

1) PCACoweta plans for 2014-2015 and volunteer opportunities;

2) PCACoweta’s collaborative efforts with other community organizations; and

3) Ways to promote Prevention & Awareness events for next April during National Prevent Child Abuse Awareness month, and all year long.

Since childhood memories last a lifetime, let's work together to make Coweta County a safer place to be a child!
