Mission Statement

The Mission of the corporation is

1. SHELTER & CARE - To provide shelter and care for the animals entrusted in our care. Complying minimally with the standards prescribed by the laws governing Animal Shelters in the state of Michigan.

2. ADOPTION & PLACEMENT - To seek suitable homes for animals without owners, either through adoption, or placement in reputable rescue groups, other animal placement organizations, and other appropriate organizations.

3. ANIMAL WELFARE - To improve the the welfare of the animals in our community through education and promote a positive and compassionate human-animal bond.

4. PREVENTION OF CRUELTY - To work together with other organizations to prevent cruelty towards animals and promote humane care and treatment of our companion animals.
