The Appleton Public Library houses and serves as resource library for the Outagamie Waupaca Library System (OWLS), a federated system of sixteen member libraries. The Library shares an online catalog with over 50 other libraries in Northeast Wisconsin. Library card holders from any OWLSnet Library may request material from other libraries in the system.
