Mission Statement

The Capitol Hill BID is a 501 (c)(6) non-profit organization funded through an assessment on commercial property owners who are dedicated to fortifying Capitol Hill as a cleaner and safer place to live, work, and conduct the business of our nation's capital, while remaining a national and cultural tourist destination.

Description

To achieve our mission the Capitol Hill BID provides enhanced services that augment those already provided by the District of Columbia government. These supplementary services include: security, street cleaning, maintenance and graffiti removal, streetscape improvements, marketing and promotional services, youth programming and community outreach.
