Inner-City Inner-Child: We place low-income preschool children on the road to literacy and future success by empowering their educators to use the arts to teach academic skills.

Description

Dumbarton Concerts has presented chamber and jazz music for almost forty years in Washington D.C. Located in the heart of Georgetown at Dumbarton United Methodist Church, Dumbarton Concerts draws patrons from DC, Virginia, and Maryland to listen to accomplished musicians in our intimate space. Our early childhood arts-integrated education program, Inner-City Inner-Child, benefits from the proceeds of concert events.
