Mission Statement

To give personal support and care to grieving parents through a special teddy bear to be held while we grieve. We will also provide online support through links to sources of support and resources via our web page.

Description

When you go to the hospital to deliver a baby, no one thinks of leaving with empty arms, but it happens! In January 2004, the Angel Teddy Bear Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, was formed with the purpose of providing teddy bears to parents so that will not be empty armed and will know that they do not have to grieve alone. By bringing comfort to grieving parents and families we hope that they can connect with someone who knows exactly how they are feeling and what they are experiencing. We started the foundation so that no parent would be left with empy arms and no support.
