Mission Statement

The Glo Foundation is dedicated to brightening the lives of underprivileged children living in remote villages in Honduras by hand delivering toys, schools supplies and care packages that will improve their quality of life and provide comfort in a time of need.

Description

We help children in need living in remote villages in Honduras many without electricity or running water. Throughout the year we collect clothes, shoes, school supplies, medicine and toys. We have several project;

*Spring: "Dental & Higine Project" with a group of volunteers, Dentist and Doctors we dewarm children, give lice treatment, Dental care and hand out Tooth Paste and Brushes.

*Summer:"Back to School project" we set a goal to get backpacks filled with school supplies and distribute to students living in remote villages we're currently helping. Every year our goal is to ad additional schools to our list.

*Fall: "Toy Drive" we collect toys to distribute to all of our kids during our big Christmas party where we have food, drinks, games, pi ñatas and when children least expect it Santa shows up with brand new gifts for each child.

Our 2015 Goals: 600 Dental supplies, 500 Students, 700 toys (this includes students and small children not attending school)
